That in a Petition presented by Dylan Lane to the sheriff at Hamilton craving the Court to order the name of The Cardio Kitchen Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registration number SC560904 and having its former registered office at 1 Peacock Wynd, Motherwell, ML1 4ZL to be restored to the register of companies, the sheriff by First Deliverance dated 14th January 2020 inter alia ordered any party claiming an interest, if so advised, to lodge answers within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
