NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION

17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that Mohammed Abdul Hamid has applied to City of York Council tor the grant of a premises licence in relation to Sylheti Lounge, Unit 8, Kimberlow Hill Retail Park, Kimberlow Rise, York, YO10 5LA to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 16:00hrs to 23:30hrs. Provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23.00hrs - 23.30hrs. Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below by prior arrangement during normal business hours. Representationsbyanypersonora responsible authority regarding this application can be made in writing to: City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS or by e-mail to licensing.unit@york. gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 13th February 2020 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
