TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire and the Humber) (No.53) Order 2019" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped north eastern part width of Toller Lane comprising highway verge which lies adjacent to No's 528 -530 Toller Lane, Bradford, to enable development as permitted by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council under reference 19/02906/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/4038) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Manningham Library, Carlisle Road, Bradford BD8 8BB.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 20 January 2020 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
