NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Hayley Etherington has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for a Special Treatment Licence for Advanced Electrolysis and Facials licence for the premises 34 Beech Hall Road, London E4 9NX. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer, Resident Services, Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PUBLICATION specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council.
