(Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order Amendment Number 2 Order 2020
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order:
1. To introduce 'No Waiting At Any Time'
2. To extend existing 'No Loading At Any Time'
3. To introduce 'No Waiting 8am-6pm'
4. To introduce 'No Waiting 8am-6pm 1st April to 30th September'
5. To introduce 'No Waiting 8am-6pm 1st May to 30th September'
6. To replace 4m of existing'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions with'No Waiting 8am-6pm
7. To replace existing 'No Waiting 8am-6pm' restrictions with 'No Waiting At Any Time'
8. To replace 3m of existing 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions with 'No Waiting At Any Time and No Loading At Any Time 1st April to 30th September'
9. To replace 4m of existing 'No Waiting 8am-6pm' restrictions with 'No Waiting At Any Time and No Loading At Any Time 1st April to 30th September'
10. To introduce 'No Waiting At Any Time and No Loading At Any Time 1st April to 30th September
11. To replace existing 'No Waiting 8am-6pm 1st April to 30th September' restrictions with 'No Waiting AtAny Time'

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TM000 127 to rev 1, TM000 130 to rev 1, TM005 125 to rev 1, TM005 127 to rev 1, TM010 125 to rev 1, TM015 122 to rev 1, TM015 125 to rev 1, TM015 130 to rev 1, TM015 132 to rev 1, and TM020 132 to rev 1.

(Footpath 234, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 01/03/2020. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 234 in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Colne Causeway, north west for a distance of approximately 65 metres. The alternative route will be via Caelum Drive, Hawkins Road, Colne Causeway and vice versa.
The closure commenced on 19/07/2019 and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to widen the footpath are undertaken.
(Carringtons Road, Great Bromley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Carringtons Road, Great Bromley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 140m east of its junction with Colchester Road to its junction with Little Bromley Road, a distance of approximately 1570m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 03/02/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5002/CCESSB1/A0036V- County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd. An alternative route is available via Morebarn Road, Badley Hall Road, Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Wilsons Lane, Marks Tey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wilsons Lane, Marks Tey in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 100m south of its junction with Godmans Lane for a distance of approximately 55m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20/01/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03156665331 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fire hydrant replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Mandeville Road, Keable Road and vice versa
The Order came into effect on 09/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until
the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Dead Lane, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dead Lane, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 490m north of its junction with Flag Hill for a distance of approximately 250m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 05/02/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W00000IBBFATRM01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Colles Brook Road, Plough Road, Weeley Road, Heckfords Road, Colchester Road, Colchester Road Roundabout, Great Bentley Road, School Lane, Station Road, Frating Road, Clacton Road, Church Road, Holly Bush Hill, Dial Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Street, Brightlingsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Sydney Street east for a distance of approximately 35m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19/01/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000888725 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Bateman Road, Red Barn Road, Bell Green, Chapel Road, Hurst Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 09/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
