Community Consultation on the regeneration of Grosvenor Barracks, Enniskillen

The Department for Communities is holding a Pre-Application Community Consultation on the planning proposals for residential development at Grosvenor Barracks in Enniskillen. This consultation will run until 22nd March 2020.

Proposals can be viewed during this period at Northern Ireland Housing Executive Offices, Riverview House, Head Street, Enniskillen BT74 7DA and Enniskillen Library, Halls Lane, Enniskillen, BT74 7DR.

A public consultation event will be held at West End Community Centre, Enniskillen on Thursday 30th January from 4:30 - 7:30 pm. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and get more information on the proposals.

This is not a planning application and representations made are not representations to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. If the Department submits an application then there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the Council at that stage.
