The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licenses and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005, Regulation 25 Advertisment.
We, Venn Music (Brighton) Ltd do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to permit the use of the premises know as Waterhall Playing Fields, Waterhall Road, Brighton East Sussex, BN1 8YR, for the following proposed licensable activities on Saturday 15th August 2015: Provision of Live and recorded music; 1200-0000, Late Night Refreshment; 2300-0100, Sale of Alcohol (On Sales Only); 1200-0030. Any person who desires to make a representation should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health and Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than 24th February 2015, with a brief written statement of the grounds of their objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available at www.brightinhove.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
