LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Medicine Events CIC has submitted a premises licence application to West Berkshire Council. The application is for a new licence for land at Wasing Park near Grid Reference SU 57996 64184. The application proposes the provision of regulated entertainment and late night refreshment. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 5LD no later than 3rd February 2020. The application is for up to two events per annum, running from a Thursday evening to a Monday. The full application, including hours of operation and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council’s website, www.westberks.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
