Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Ltd have applied to Southampton City Council on 9th January 2020 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at Scholars Arms, 166 Above Bar Street, Bargate, Southampton, SO 14 7DU.To vary the following: Provision of regulated entertainment - films: Sunday to Saturday: 09:00 to 2200. Sale of alcohol by retail: Sunday to Wednesday: 09:00 to OOflO; Thursday to Saturday: 09£0 to 01:00. Opening hours of the premises from 09:00 daily. For full and further details please view the licensing application. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
