Licensing of sex establishments
Address of premises 112-114 St James Street, Brighton BN2 1TH. We, Millivres Prowler Limited T/A Prowler Brighton, of Spectrum House (Unit M) 32-34 Gordon House Road, London, NW5 1LP, hereby give notice that we applied to Brighton & Hove City Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred to above as a sex shop.
Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to the Assistant Director, Public Safety, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP within 28 days of the date of this notice.
