CORRECTION NOTICE: On 10 January 2020, notice was given in the Herald newspaper that on 31 December 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by PMW DEVELOPMENTS LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC602202), and having its registered office at Ground Floor, 7 Cambuslang Way, Cambuslang Business Park, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G32 8ND craving the court inter alia that the said PMW DEVELOPMENTS LTD be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986. The said Petition was in fact presented by PMW DEVELOPMENTS SCOTLAND LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC602202), and having its registered office at Ground Floor, 7 Cambuslang Way, Cambuslang Business Park, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G32 8ND. Any reference to PMW DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED was erroneous. A corrected notice has been published in this edition of the Herald newspaper.
