The intention for the variation to the times the license authorises the carrying out of licensable activities Off-premises alcohol sale only Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun: 08:00 - 00:00. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.45 pm on Fridays, except bank holidays. It is an offence to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
