Notice is hereby given that Summerleaze Ltd is applying for planning permission for Planning Application made under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary Conditions 3 and 4 attached to Planning Consent SBD/8204/07 at East Burnham Quarry, Farnham Lane, East Burnham Members of the public may inspect copies of, the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at or in person at New County Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UY during normal office hours or online at http;//publicaccess.buckscc.gov.uk/online-applications/ It is a major development/It does not accord with the development plan in force in the area/It would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies/It would affect the setting of a Listed Building

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Oak End Way, Gerrards Cross in the Parish of Gerrards Cross CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Oak End Way for a distance of approximately 60 metres. Alternative route: Marsham Lane, Station Road, Packhorse Road, Oak End Way. The closure is required whilst dismantling a crane works take place commencing on 28 January 2020 between 05:00 and 20:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 January 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Tilehouse Way, Nightingale Way, Denham Green Lane, Tilehouse Lane. The closure is required whilst Open reach engineer safety for underground works take place commencing on 24 January 2020 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 January 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Station Road, Taplow in the Parish of Taplow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Station Road from the railway bridge for a distance of approximately 42 metres. Alternative route: Station Road, Boundary Road, Taplow Road, Lent Rise Road, Bath Road. The closure is required whilst a crane to be installed on 22/01 and removed again on 29/01. Works take place commencing on 22 January 2020 between 10:00 and 16:00. The carriageway will be clear at all other times The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 January 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Abbey Park Lane, Ship Hill, Woodlands Hill, Burnham Road, Dorney Hill North, Dorney Hill South, Collinswood Road. The closure is required whilst Hire-A-Lite cabling works take place commencing on 20 January 2020 between 09:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 January 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
