Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 90 A-F of the Highways Act 1980, proposes to construct road humps, which will take the form of round top speed humps across the width of carriageway at the locations and in accordance with the dimensions set out in the Schedule below A plan showing the exact situation of the humps may be inspected at the Contact Centre on the Ground Floor of the Civic Centre, (at the address below), during normal office hours Documents can also be viewed online at
