NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in a Petition presented by Cup Glasgow Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC375687) at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 27th December 2019 craving the Court inter alia to order that Cup Glasgow Limited, having its registered office at 71 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 1LP be wound up by the Court and to appoint joint Interim Liquidators of the said Company, the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 3 January 2020, ordered all parties wishing to enter opposition to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation and advertisement.
