PROPOSED PARKING CHANGES BATTERSEA PARK ROAD, SW11, BODDICOTT CLOSE, SW17, EFFORT STREET, SW17, GASKARTH ROAD, SW12, HAZLEWELL ROAD, SW15, NICOSIA ROAD, SW18, PUTNEY HILL, SW15 AND STAPLEFORD CLOSE, SW18
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004: -

- The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. "') Order 20"

- The Wandsworth (Clapham South & Balham) (Parking Places) (No. ?) Order 20";

- The Wandsworth (Putney) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 20";

- The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Common and Tooting Bee) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 20";

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to male certain changes to the parking arrangements in various streets as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/TMO/1776) by 31 January 2020.

Street I Details

GASKARTH ROAD, SW12_
BODDICOTT CLOSE, SW17:
BATTERSEA PARK ROAD, SW11
To extend the existing parking bay outside Nos. 76 and 78 and remove the single yellow line.
To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") on the northern side, opposite Nos 8 and 9 and at the eastern extremity of the cul-de-sac.
To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") at the end of the cul de sac around No.
125 Battersea Park Road ad opposite No.101a and introduce waiting restrictions operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive outside No. 101a - Flats 1-12.
EFFORT STREET, SW17
To upgrade existing lengths of single yellow line to double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in
Effort Street at its junction with Hoyle Road, across the entrance to Rosina Court and in the south-east to north-west arm of Effort Street.
HAZLEWELL ROAD, SW15
To remove a length of parking bay outside No. 51 Hazlewell Road and replace with a length of single
yellow line operating between 9.30am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive.
NICOSIA ROAD, SW18 To remove a length of residents parking bay
outside Nos 3-7 and replace with a single yellow line operating between 10am and Noon, Monday to Saturdays inclusive.

PUTNEY HILL, SW15
To upgrade an 11-metre length of single yellow line outside the entrance Ross Court and Sylvia Court to double yellow line ("no waiting at any time").
To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") across the access to Nos. 35-66 and 71-82.
STAPLEFORD CLOSE, SW18
