DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING PLACES VARIOUS STREETS THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004: -

- The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. ') Order 202'

- The Wandsworth (Permit Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. ') Order 202'

- The Wandsworth (Battersea) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 202'

- The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Common & Tooting Bee) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 202*

- The Wandsworth (Clapham Junction) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 202'

- The Wandsworth (St Johns Hill) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 202'

- The Wandsworth (Tooting Broadway) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 202'

- The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Town) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 202'

- The Wandsworth (Putney) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 202*

- The Wandsworth (Earlsfield) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 202*

- The Wandsworth (Furzedown) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 202*

- The Wandsworth (Garratt Green) (Parking Places) (No. ') Order 202"

2. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. *) Order 202' is to:

(a) designate the following parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying a disabled person's badge (referred to in this notice as a "mandatory bay"):

(i) outside No. 14 Effort Street, SW17;

(ii) outside No. 12 Fishponds Road, SW17;

(iii) outside No. 49 Fishponds Road, SW17;

(iv) outside No. 14 Franche Court Road, SW17;

(v) outside No. 1 Herlwyn Gardens, SW17;

(vi) Outside No. 251a Magdalen Road, SW18

(vii) outside No 19 Morris Gardens, SW18;

(viii) outside No. 63A Pretoria Road, SW16;

(ix) outside No. 44 Rowditch Lane, SW11;

(x) outside No. 159 Southcroft Road, SW17;

(xi) outside No. 15 Terrapin Road; and

(xii) Outside No. 25 Woodbury Street.

(b) revoke the mandatory bays outside the following properties:-

(i) Outside No 45 Chetwode Road, SW17;

(ii) Outside No. 45. Gilbey Road, SW17;

(iii) Outside No. 42 Harbut Road, SW11;

(iv) Outside No. 4 Pearson House, Home Way, SW15 and

(v) Outside No. 22 Schubert Road

3. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Permit Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. ') Order 202' to

(a) re-designate the following mandatory bays as parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying the disabled resident's parking permit numbered as specified below (referred to in this notice as a "resident-specific bay"):

(i) Outside No. 33 Algarve Road, SW18;

(ii) Outside No. 35 Aliwal Road, SW11;

(iii) Outside No. 10 Longstone Road, SW17; and

(iv) Outside No. 9 Shelgate Road, SW11

(b) to revoke the existing resident-specific bays:

Insofar as the mandatory bays mentioned in paragraph 2 above are within the Clapham Junction, Battersea, Earlsfield, Furzedown, Garratt Green, St Johns Hill, Tooting Broadway, Putney, Wandsworth Town and Wandsworth Common & Tooting Bee Controlled Parking Zones, the general effect of the Parking Places Orders relating to the said zones is to shorten, re­designate or lengthen the adjoining CPZ parking places to take account of the proposed new, relocated and revoked mandatory bays and resident-specific bays.

5. Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

7. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/TMO1770a) by

31 January 2020.
