Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having claim against or interest in the estate of Janet Anne Pascall Late of Harnham Croft, 76 Harnham Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP2 8JN who died on 19 June 2014 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Messrs Richard Griffiths & Co, Solicitors of 86 Crane Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 2QD (Ref: PCS) on or before 7 April 2015 after which date the personal representative will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, in respect of the property so distributed, be liable to any person whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
