LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Sushi Shop London Ltd has applied to London Borough of Richmond on 6 January 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Sushi Shop, 28 Hill Street, Richmond, TW9 1TW for the sale by retail of alcohol, for consumption off the premises only, Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 22:30; as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: c/o Licensing, Regulatory Services Partnership, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX to be received by no later than 3 February 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.richmond. gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
