(Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.1) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, previously advertised as The Essex County Council (Little Wheatley Chase and Bardfield Way, Rayleigh) (District of Rochford) (Prohibition of Waiting) (Amendment No.50) Order 201*.
Effect of the order: To amend the times of any existing waiting restrictions on the following lengths of Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford and replace with 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-9am and 2.45pm-3.45pm' restrictions:

Description
EAST SIDE: from a point approximately 19 metres south west of its junction with London Road, south westwards for approximately 262.5 metres.
WEST SIDE: from a point approximately 176.6 metres south west of its junction with London Road, south westwards for approximately 44 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ790 912, TQ790 915, TQ790 917 revision 0 to revision 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 1 April 2020.
Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX.
Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
