Notice is hereby given that Navigator Terminals Thames BV LTD (previously Vopak Terminal) has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to increase the dredge box depth from bi-annual Dredge to new target level to allow the terminal to take vessels fully laden at Navigator Terminal Thames. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Navigator Terminals Thames BV Ltd, Oliver Road, West Thurrock, Grays, RM20 3ED.
