MARINE (SCOTLAND) ACT 2010 Maintenance of RNLI Sites, Various Sites
Notice is hereby given that the RNLI has applied to the Scottish Ministers of the Scottish Government, under Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, in respect of pontoons maintenance works. Plans showing the positioning of the works may be inspected at the following locations:
? RNLI Stations at: Portpatrlck, Girvan, Troon, Campbeltown, Tobermory, Mallaig, Lochinver, Thurso, Stromness, Wick, Buckie, Peterhead, Longhope
? Public Libraries at: Kirkwall (Orkney Library & Archive), Invergordon, Aberdeen, Montrose, Eyemouth
? Community Shop at: Leverburgh (Harris Community Shop)
? Post Office at: Longhope

Objections relating to safety of navigation or environmental issues in respect of the application should be made in writing to:

The Scottish Government's Marine Scotland Licensing Operations Team (MS-LOT) determine applications for marine licences under the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 and the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. During the consultation process any person having an interest in the outcome of the application may make representation to MS-LOT. This representation will only be used for the purpose of determining an application and will be stored securely in the Scottish Government's official corporate record.
