TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.47) Order 2019" authorising the stopping up of a length of Crabhill Lane at Wantage in the District of Vale of White Horse to enable development as permitted by Vale of White Horse District Council, references P17/V0652/FUL and P18/V2787/RM.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/3964) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14 4SB.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 08 January 2020 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
