TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -MANOR GARDENS TO MANOR WAY FOOTPATH 309
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
(a) Close the footpath that runs from Manor Way to Manor Gardens

2. The Order is necessary to allow Contractors to safely carry out a gas main replacement in the footpath.

3. Pedestrian access to properties will be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 13th January 2020 six months or until such sooner time as the works are completed which is anticipated to be mid-February 2020.
