(Hill House Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hill House Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Garlands Lane for a distance of approximately 580m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21/01/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W00000WANMKW8D01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Hill House Road, The Street, Clay Hills, Levitts Corner, Colne Road, Pebmarsh Road, The Green, Green Farm Road, Overhall Hill, Cricks Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 10/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Dynes Hall Road, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dynes Hall Road, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 516m south of its junction with Church Street for a distance of approximately 30m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21/01/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03156752063 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Are hydrant replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Church Street, Toldish Hall Road, Church Road, Oak Road, Deans Hall Road, Sudbury Road, Head Street, Hedingham Road, Dynes Hall Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 10/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oak Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Collins Road for a distance of approximately 955m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/01/20 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KL1W000000054596DNO - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Oak Road, Twinstead Road, Cripple Corner, Cross End, The Street, Hill House Road, Clay Hills and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 10/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
