ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Holly Road, Twickenham
(Reference 20/001)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate ducting works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Holly Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Holly Road, outside No. 50 Holly Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 13 January 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 13 January 2020 until 14 January 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Queens Road, Station Road, Sherland Road and Copthall Gardens.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Banned Turn Hanworth Road, Whitton
(Reference 20/003)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecom works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Hanworth Road, Whitton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person proceeding in a northerly direction in Nelson Road, shall upon reaching its junction with Hanworth Road, cause that vehicle to turn left.

3. The order will come into effect at 7pm on 13 January 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 7pm on 13 January 2020 until 5am on 14 January 2020, and again at the same times at the same times for a further

six consecutive nights until 5am on 20 January 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. A signed diversion for vehicles affected by the banned turn shall be in place via adjacent streets.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Closure PROW 122, Petersham
(Reference 20/002)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a power connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary closure of PROW 122.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall proceed in PROW 122 between the eastern kerb-line of River Lane and The Petersham Nurseries Tea Room.

3. The order will come into effect on 13 January 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 13 January 2020 until 17 January 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of

6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for anyone affected by the closure will be available via River Lane, Petersham Road and PROW128.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Road Closure Gloucester Road, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Gloucester Road, Kew.

2. Whilst the works take place,

(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Gloucester Road from a point outside Sherwood House to a point outside No. 62 Gloucester Road;

(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Gloucester Road between a point outside No. 81 Gloucester Road and a point outside Np. 85 Gloucester Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 7 January 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all from 7 January 2020 until 10 January 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Kent Road, Mortlake Road and Forest Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Parking Suspension Station Road, Hampton Wick
(Ref: 19/212)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Station Road, Hampton Wick.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following bays: -

(a) Station Road, Hampton Wick, the eastern arm, the south side, from a point 8 metres west of the western flank wall of No. 14 Station Road, to a point 12 metres east of its junction with Seymour Road;

(b) Station Road, Hampton Wick, the eastern arm, the south side, from a point 36 metres west of its junction with Teddington Road, eastwards for a distance of

6 metres.
3. The Order will come into effect on 6 January 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 6 January 2020 until 30 April 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
