NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that we, Greene King Retailing Limited have applied to Sedgemoor District Council on 17th December 2019 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at; The Rosewood Inn, Love Lane, Burnham on Sea, TA8 1EZ. To vary the licensing plan to include the following: Reconfigure/re-build ground floor trade area due to fire damage. Relocate toilets to first floor. For full and further details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 14th January 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing, Environmental Services, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 159 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
