Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH LZ8, LYONSHALL (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2020 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 3398 5482 to SO 3404 5473. The closure is required while construction work is being carried out. There is no alternative route. Queries on this proposal may be directed to Tel: 01432 261800. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website

The Order came into operation on 1 January 2020 and continues in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
