Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council intends to make the PUBLIC FOOTPATH MK1, MONKLAND (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2020 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 4592, 5768 to SO 4588, 5771. The closure is required while construction work is being carried out. There is a permissive alternative route. Queries on this proposal may be directed to tel: 01432 261800. The Order comes into operation on 13 January 2020 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, [whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
