Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Leonard Henry Cleaver, late of 44, Chinchilla Road, Southend on Sea, Essex. SS1 2QL who died on 1st January 2015 is required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executor within two months of publication of this notice, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
