Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Footpath CN-501, Charlton)(Temporary Closure Order) 2019
Order made: to close Footpath CN-501, Charlton for its entire length.
The Order has been made due to a dangerous surface on the rail crossing needing repair.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. There is no alternative route.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will be operative for 6 months commencing on 3 January 2020.
(Church Street, Pershore)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019
Order Main: to close that part of Church Street from its junction with Church Walk to its junction with B4084 High Street.
Reason: New/Replacement Water Main.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Church Walk, B4536 Broad Street, B4084 High Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 6 January 2020.

(Back Lane, Bretforton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019
Order Made: to close that part of Back Lane from its junction with Bridge Street for
a distance of 22 metres south easterly direction.
Reason: Footway Works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Back Lane, B4035 Main Street, B4035 Shop Lane, B4035 Station Road, B4035 New Street, B4035 Weston Road, Stoneford Lane, Back Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 7 January 2020.

(Boon Street, Eckington )(Temporary Closure) Order 2019
Order Made: to close that part ofBoon Street from its junction with Station Road
for a distance of 70 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Footway Works
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Boon Street. Hammock Road, Manor Road, Station Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days. Commencing: 9 January 2020.

(A4104 Station Road, Pershore)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part of A4104 Station Road from its junction with
U47106 Mayfield Road to itsjunction with U47105 Hurst Road.
Reason: Carriageway Works - (service road) corner of Mayfield Road.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative routes:
Diversion One - U47106 Mayfield Road, U47106 Avon Road, U47105 Hurst Road and vice versa.
Diversion Two U47105 Hurst Road - U47107 Station Road Service Road, U47102 Mill Lane, A4104 Station Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 20 January 2020.

(C2263 Ab Lench Road, South Lenches) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020
Proposed Order: to close that part ofC2263 Ab Lench Road from its junction with C2011 Low Road to its junction with U43605 Abbots Lench Lane. Reason: Water Leak/Burst Main.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U43605 Abbots Lench Lane, C2022 Broad Lane to Rous Lench, C2022 The Green, C2011 Rous Lench Green to Low Road, C2011 Low Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 20 January 2020.
(Hipton Hill, Norton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019
Order Made: to close that part of Hipton Hill from its junction with Evesham Road for a distance of750 metres in a south easterly direction. Reason: New/ReplacementWater Main.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Evesham Road, C2117 Handgate Lane, C2011 Leys Road, B4088 Evesham Road, C2121 Kings Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 26 days. Commencing: 6 January 2020.

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2008 Back Lane to Pershore Road from its junction with Church Lane to its junction with U46615 Church Street Reason: New Customer Connection by A G Redman &Son
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U46615 Church Street, U46615 Back Lane, C2008 Back Lane to
Pershore Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 20 January 2020.
