Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 Has Made the following order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
(Flux Lane) (Temporary NoWaiting and No Loading Restriction) Order 2020
Effects of the order: To introduce no waiting and no loading at anytimerestrictions on both sides of Fluxs Lane, Epping
The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Consolidation) Order 2019 will be temporarily amended in so far as it relates to the waiting and loading restrictions detailed in this Notice. The Order will come into operation on 6January 2020 and may continue in force for up to 18 months or until it is made permanent. Date: 26 December 2019
