Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act: Thirsk Hall Farms, Thirsk Hall, Kirkgate, Thirsk, YO7 1PL. Proposed Licensable activities - Live music, Recorded music, Sale of Alcohol, Fireworks Display. The Register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton DL6 2UU. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by no later than 15th January 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale Wednesday 18th December 2019.
