Local Government Act 1972 s123 -Grangewood Park

In accordance with the above Act, the London Borough of Croydon hereby gives notice that it intends to dispose of 195 sq m of open space, which comprises a strip of land between Heath Lodge and the West boundary of the park, and a strip of land to the South of Heath Lodge. The disposal of the open space is pursuant to a proposal to dispose of Heath Lodge and the garden associated with the Lodge.
