The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Rightof Way, or major applications and are available to viewonourwebsite. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 09/01/2020 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Lower Chicksgrove, Sutton Mandeville; from its junction with Chicksgrove Road to its junction with Sutton Row; Sutton Row, Sutton Mandeville; from its junction with Lower Chicksgrove to its junction with Lagpond Lane; Lagpond Lane, Sutton Mandeville; from its junction with Sutton row to its junction with C317 to enable Wessex Water to replace a water main. Alternative route: via C317 - A30 - C316 - Tisbury Row - Chicksgrove Lane and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 06 January 2020 and the closure will be required xx until 21 February 2020. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) High Street (Part), Fovant; from its junction with Tisbury Road for a distance of approximately 220 metres in a southerly direction to enable BT to carry out the renewal of a decaying telegraph pole. Alternative route: via Dinton Road - Catherine Ford Lane -B3089-A30 - High Street (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 January 2020 and the closure will be required for one day. B) C43 (Part), Sedgehill and Semley; from the centre point of Pythouse Bridge for a distance of approximately 50 metres in a northerly and southerly direction each side of the bridge to enable Network Rail to carry out kerbing works to the approaches of the bridge. Alternative route: via C43 (unaffected length) -C298 - C61 - C300 - C299 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 January 2020 and the closure will be required until 31 January 2020. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C) Fisherton Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Windsor Road to its junction with South Western Road to enable Network Rail to carry out rivet busting and bridge strengthening. Alternative route: via South Western Road - Mill Road - Cranebridge Road - Crane Street -New Street - Ivy Street - Brown Street - St Ann Street - Exeter Street -A338 - A3094 - A36 - Fisherton Street (unaffected length). This Order will come into operation on 24 December 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00 until 29 December 2019.
