NOTICE OF INTENTION TO INSTALL A 'ZEBRA' CROSSING MERLEY LANE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under Sections 23, 64 and 65 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to construct a ZEBRA Crossing as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
A copy of the proposal and a drawing showing details of the crossing to which the proposal relates may be inspected during normal office hours at the Civic Centre, Poole, Dorset, BH15 2RU. Enquirers are advised to telephone Growth and Infrastructure on Tel. No. 01202 262000 before their visit to arrange a mutually convenient time with the appropriate Officer.
