LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Bon Land Investments Ltd has applied to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council on 11 December 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Bon Pan Asian - Unit 99B, Intu Merry Hill, Brierley Hill, Dudley, DY51QX for the sale by retail, Monday to Saturday 12:00-23:00 and Sunday 12:00-22:30; of alcohol as more particularly set out in the application.
