To allow to the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday- 12pm-6pm Tuesday- 12pm-6pm Wednesday 12pm-6pm Thursday- 12pm-10pm Friday- 12pm-11pm Saturday-12pm-11pm Sunday- 12pm- 8pm Public Holidays- 12pm- 11pm Any persons wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licencing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make false statements in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
