LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We Wickford Community Association hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Nevendon Centre, Nevendon Road, Wickford SS12 0QG. The proposed licensable activity is: Supply of Alcohol and Indoor Sport 09:00 -23:30, Late night refreshment 23:00 - 23:30, Regulated Entertainment, Plays/Films, Live Music, Dance Performances 09:00 23:00. Opening hours 07:00 - 00:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5000,00).
