PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Pink Bear Events has applied to St Albans City and District Council for the grant of a premise licence, under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect to the grounds of Hertfordshire County Showground, Dunstable Road, St Albans, AL3 7PT. This application is for a one day Family Festival on Saturday 13th June 09:00 - 18:00; and covers plays, films, live and recorded music and performance of dance. Representations relating to this application must be made in writing to St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3JE no later than Tuesday 7th January 2020 stating the grounds for objection. . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
