NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAYINHERTFORDSHIRE THE HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (WHEATHAMPSTEAD 106) MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

Adding to them arestricted byway commencing at ajunction with Lower Luton Road (public highway) at TL1767 1435 running generally north west along Rose Lane for approximately 365 metres to apoint adjacent to the entrance to The Spinney at TL 1744 1464 then continuing generally west north west for approximately 190 metres to ajunction with Wheathampstead Bridleway 10 and Wheathampstead Footpath 59 at TL 1728 1474. Acopy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at Front Reception of Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday and at St Albans District Council Offices, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts, AL1 3JE. Copies of the Order and Plan may be bought at the price of £5. Anyrepresentation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Definitive MapOfficer, Countryside and Rights of WayService, CHN103, Environment and Infrastructure Department, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG13 8DN (ref: STA/161/MOD) to arrive no later than 27/01/2020 and applicants must include particulars of the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order,orifany so made are withdrawn, the Hertfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order Ifthe Order is submitted to the SecretaryofState for the Environment, anyrepresentations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
