Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Dorset Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Marston's - Weymouth at 62 St. Thomas Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8EQ. The application includes the following terms:- I. To permit licensable activities from 09:00 hours daily and enhance hours for licensable activities on Friday and Saturday until 02:00 hours. 2. To amend non standard timings as set out in the application including an additional hour on the commencement of British Summertime. 3. To vary the internal layout of the premises as per the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority. 4. To add conditions to the Licence.
