WYCOMBE DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION) ORDER 2020
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thatWycombe District Council ("the Council") propose to make an Order under I Section 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which amends the | Wycombe District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2019 ("the Off Street Order 2019").
2. The effect of the proposed Order is to-
(a) add the following car parks to Schedule 1ofthe Wycombe District Council (Off-Street Parking Places)
Order 2019 ("the Off Street Order 2019") to reflect the rules pertaining to those locations:
(PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE PDF BELOW TO VIEW THE DETAILS)
(b) To add the enforceable boundaryof the above car parks to Schedule 2the (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2019 ("the Off Street Order 2019").
(c) To amendthe 'Hours of Operation' for the following car parks in Schedule 1of the Off Street Order 2019 | to say "All hours - max stay up to 72 hours".
