Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer, Neighbourhoods & Commercial Services, Licensing Service, Magistrates Building, 1 Farnan Avenue, Walthamstow, London, E17 4NX WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PUBLICATION specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council.
