Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Wicken Road, Clavering in the District of Uttlesford, from apoint approximately 250m east of its junction with ClatterburyLane for adistance of approximately 150m in anortheasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12/01/20 for 2Sundays, or where stated on avalid permit (AZ0081000890335 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. North EssexParking Partnership (Fluxs Lane, Epping) TemporaryNoWaiting and No Loading Restriction Order 2020
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 intends to make the following order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effects of the order: To introduce no waiting and no loading at anytime restrictions on both sides of Fluxs Lane, Epping
The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and
(On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Consolidation) Order 2019 will be temporarily
amended in so far as it relates to the waiting and loading restrictions detailed in this Notice.
The Order will come into operation on 6January 2020 and may continue in force for up to 18 months
or until it is made permanent.

Notice is hereby given thatthe above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the consent of the SecretaryofState for the Department for Transport until 30/06/2020.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Footpath 129, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Forest Road for adistance of approximately 55 metres to its junction with Smarts Lane.
The alternative route will be via Forest Road, Smarts Lane and vice versa.
The closure commenced on 4th June 2018 and is required for the safety of the public due to construction works being undertaken.

Effect of the order: To extend the existing 50mph speed limit on B1393 High Road/London Road, Thornwood in the District of Epping Forest from apoint approximately 86 metres north of the centre line of its junction with Rye Hill Road, northwards for adistance of 147 metres.
