Ar 4 Rhagfyr 2019, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili y Gorchymyn uchod.

Effaith y Gorchymyn, fel y'i cadarnhawyd, fydd gwyro'r llwybrau troed cyhoeddus sy'n rhedeg o bwynt ar Oakdale Golf Course Lane (Cyncoed Lane gynt) i bwynt sy'n terfynu ar Ffin y Cyngor Dosbarth Trefol a chreu llwybr troed amgen yn ei le, sy'n mynd o bwynt amgen ar Oakdale Golf Course Lane i'r un pwynt terfynu ar Ffin y Cyngor Dosbarth Trefol, fel y dangosir ar Fap y Gorchymyn.

Gellir gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn wedi'i Gadarnhau a Map y Gorchymyn yn Nhy Penallta (cyfeiriad isod) yn rhad ac am ddim yn ystod oriau swyddfa. Gellir prynu copi'au o'r Gorchymyn a'r Map yno am £1.00.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar y dyddiad y bydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili yn ardystio y cydymffurfir ag amodau Erthygl 2 o'r Gorchymyn, ond, os bydd unrhyw berson wedi ei dramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn eisiau cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau'r Ddeddf uchod, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw ofyniad o'r Ddeddf honno, neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed oddi tani, mewn perthynas a chadarnhau'r Gorchymyn, gall ef neu hi wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys am unrhyw un neu ragor o'r dibenion hyn o dan adran 287 o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 o fewn chwe wythnos o'r dyddiad y caiff hysbysiad ei gyhoeddi gyntaf yn unol a pharagraff 7 o Atodlen 14 i'r Ddeddf honno.

Notice of Confirmation of Public Path Diversion Order

Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Section 257 and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14

The Caerphilly County Borough Council Parish of Mynyddislwyn

Public Footpath No 42

On 4th.day of December 2019 Caerphilly County Borough Council confirmed the above Order.

The effect of the Order as confirmed will be to divert the public footpaths running from a point on Oakdale Golf Course Lane (formerly Cyncoed Lane) to a point terminating on the U.D.C. Boundary and create an alternative footpath instead running from an alternative point on Oakdale Golf Course Lane to the same termination point on the U.D.C. Boundary as shown on the Order Map.

A copy of the Confirmed Order and the Order Map may be seen at Penallta House (address below) free of charge during office hours. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at a price of £1.00.

This Order comes into force on the date on which Caerphilly County Borough Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question it's validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
