Notice of Application to Grant A New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Araz Kocher, has applied in respect of Binos Pizza, 27 Nightingale Avenue, Darlington DL1 2AY, for grant of a new Premises Licence under licensing Act 2003 to allow for late night refreshment Monday to Sunday from 4.00pm to 12.00am. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 6th March 2015 Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT, where the register of licensing Applications can be inspected between 10.00 and 16.00 and or at www.darlington.gov.uk it is an offence on summary convection, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
