Notice is hereby given that we Gin Lane Group Ltd have made an application on 2 December 2019 to Warrington Borough Council for Variation to a Premises Licence at Gin Alley, Unit D Victoria Square, Stockton Heath, Warrington, WA4 6LG.The application is for the following: Live Music, Recorded Music & Anything of a similar description (Indoors) and the Sale of Alcohol (for Consumption On & Off the Premises) change of hours Thursday - Sunday and change of Opening Hours Thursday - Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 30th December 2019 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
