Notice of Application for a Premises Licence I Murat Gilgil of 926 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth, BH11 8NL apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Pizza Delight. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I have applied to BCP Council Licensing Authority on 27/11/2019 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times: Sunday - Thursday 15.00 - 00.00 and Friday & Saturday 15.00 - 01.00 Takeaway Pizza & Kebab Service, Late Night Refreshment. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licencing Team, BCP Council, town Hall, St Stephen’s road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 27/12/2019. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00am and 16:00pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licencing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
