Ltd has applied in respect of the 39 Osborne St, Colchester, CO2 7DB, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: ~ Sale of alcohol between the hours of 0900-1700hrs Monday to Saturday. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 30th Dec 19 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
